By purchasing your ticket you are acknowledging that you agree to the following:

All Sales Are Final There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. All convenience fees, shipping charges & facility fees are non-refundable. Please make sure you are aware of any age restrictions before purchasing your tickets. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theatres, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Music Experience is not responsible for tickets ordered but not picked up at will call. By agreeing to these terms purchasers waive their right to a refund for tickets not picked up at will call.
Any complimentary CD, gift, etc. will be given to the ticket holder ONLY when the purchased ticket is handed in at the door on the day of the event. If the designated gift is not available until a date specified after the event, the purchaser of the ticket will be given the exact information on the date and location for pick up of the CD or gift. In that case ONLY THE PURCHASER of the tickets may pick up the gift.
Cancelled or Postponed Events Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Music Experience makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price if applicable. Convenience fees, shipping charges & facility fees are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be issued. Contact us for exact instructions.
If you purchased the ticket (s) at a ticket center, you will need to return the tickets directly to the ticket center where you purchased the tickets.
Will Call You will need to bring a picture ID and a printed copy of your receipt to the venue on the day of the event to pick up your tickets and gain admittance. Only the purchaser on record can pick the tickets up, they can not be left in someone else's name. The Music Experience is not responsible for tickets ordered but not picked up at will call. By agreeing to these terms purchasers waive their right to any refund for tickets not picked up at will call.
